1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/4 Cups Milk
3 Cups Biscuit Mix
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

Several hours before making bread, chop walnuts and add to maple syrup. Let stand, or soak overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350�F. Combine sugar, egg, milk and biscuit mix. Beat at high speed for 30 seconds. Stir in nut mixture and pour into 2 well-greased loafpans. Bake at 350�F for 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
