    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup milk, room temperature
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    2 large eggs, room temp, lightly beaten
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
    2/3 cup white chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Butter six 4 1/2x2 1/2" loaf pans. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, stir together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended. Make a well in center of flour mixture; add milk mixture and stir just to combine. Stir in all the chips.

    Spoon batter into prepared pans and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center of one bread comes out clean. Remove pans to a wire rack. Cool for 10 minutes before removing breads from pans; finish cooling on rack. Store completely cooled loaves in an airtight container at room temperature. Freezes well.
