Citrus: Oatmeal Orange Bread

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 orange, rind and sections
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup water
Recipe
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and oats; set aside. mix in 1 tbl. of additional sugar with grated orange rind and diced sections; set aside. Combine beaten eggs with butter, orange mixture and water. Combine with dry ingredients; stir to blend. Pour into 9" greased loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45-55 minutes.
