Nut: Pistachio Bread

List of Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
6 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
6 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sour cream


Recipe

Beat all ingredients together. Pour into 2 bread pans (which have been floured) 1/2 of the amount of batter. In small bowl, mix 5 Tblsp sugar, 4 tsp cinnamon and 1/3 cup ground nuts. Sprinkle over batter in pans. Pour rest of batter over strudel and bake at 350ºF for 45 to 50 minutes.
