Pumpkin: Pumpkin Nut Bread

List of Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin puree
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs
2/3 cup hot water
1 cup oil
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt and baking soda. Add eggs and mix well. Add water, oil and flour, and mix well. Fold in nuts. Grease and flour loaf pans, filling each 2/3 full. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
