    Strawberry: Scrumptious Strawberry Bread

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2-10-ounce packages frozen strawberries, pour off juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1-1/4 cups cooking oil

    Recipe



    Mix all dry ingredients together and put liquids in center. Mix by hand and place dough in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
