    List of Ingredients




    2 whole eggs
    1/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup honey
    1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavor
    1/2 cup zucchini -- shredded
    1/2 cup carrots -- shredded
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped
    3 tablespoons sesame seeds

    Recipe



    Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, honey, and maple flavoring. Beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini and carrots. Stir together flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and walnuts. Blend into zucchini mixture until flour is blended. Pour into well-greased pan. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to cool thoroughly.
