Beer Bread: Beer Cheese Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup non-alcoholic beer
1/4 cup vegetable oil Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour the pan you are going to use. Mix together the flour, cheeses, sugar, baking powder, soda, oregano, parsley, thyme and salt. In small bowl, combine beer and oil. Make a well in center of flour mixture. Add beer all at once, tossing with fork until dry ingredients are just moistened. Spread butter in pan and smooth top. Bake bread until golden brown and toothpick in center comes out clean, about 55 minutes. Transfer pan to rack and let cool for 15 minutes. Makes 1- 9 X 5 loaf.
