Rolls: Flaky Crescent Rolls

2 tablespoons baking yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup veg oil
3 tablespoons + 1 tsp honey
1 cup warm water
3 eggs
6 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon water
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Stir in 1 tsp honey and set aside 5 minutes. In large bowl, mix oil, 3 Tbl honey, and warm water. Beat 2 of the eggs. Add beaten eggs and yeast mix to oil mix. Gradually stir in flour, mixing well, but do not knead. Cover and chill in fridge for about 2 hours. Lightly oil baking sheet. Turn dough out onto floured surface and divide into 3 parts; roll each part into a large circle as thin as possible.
Make egg wash by combining remaining egg with tsp of water and brush evenly over rolled out dough. Cut each circle into wedges about 2" wide at circumference. Roll each wedge toward center. Place on prepared baking sheet and curve each roll into crescent shape. Let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hrs. Bake in preheated 400ºF oven for 25 minutes or til golden. Serve warm. To reheat, wrap in foil and bake at 400ºF for 5 minutes. Makes 4 dozen rolls.
