Frozen Dough Bagels

List of Ingredients
1 package Frozen bread dough
1 gallon Water, boiling
1 each Egg yolk
1 tablespoon Water Recipe
Let dough thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cut each loaf into 9-12 equal pieces. Roll into ropes and pinch ends together to form circle. Preheat oven to 350¼F. Drop bagel into boiling water, cooking one minute per side. Lift out of water with slotted spoon and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with a mixture of eqq yolk and water. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
