2 cups flour
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powderRecipe
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Blend in shortening until incorporated. Add water, and knead dough until smooth, dry, and pliable. Divide and round into 10 pieces. Rest 15 minutes. Roll to desired size and thickness (approx. 9"). Bake on ungreased hot griddle, or cast iron skillet.
