List of Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar (or 1/2c sugar + 6 pkt sweet n low)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lite beer
1/2 cup egg beaters� 99% egg substitute
1 tablespoon liquid butter buds\


Recipe

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with hand beater. Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350�F for 40 minutes. Brush liquid Butter Buds on top after removing from oven. Serve warm.
