Rolls: Crescent Rolls

2 cups flour
1 package dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons butter softened
1/4 cup warm milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg Recipe
Mix 1 C. flour, sugar, butter, salt and yeast in large bowl. Add water, milk, and egg. Beat on low speed for 1 minute. Add remaining flour. Knead till smooth and elastic; cover and rise. Roll into a 12" circle, spread with butter. But into 12 wedges. Roll up and place, with points underneath, on greased cookie sheet. Curve slightly. Brush with butter, rise till double. Bake at 400¼F for 12-18 minutes.
