1 package dry yeast
2 cups flour
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups warm water
***TO FEED SOUR DOUGH***
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup waterRecipe
Mix yeast with 1/2 C. water, let set 15 minutes. Mix other three ingredients together; add yeast. Let set out on cabinet till bubbly (4-5 hours). Place in refrigerator, covered. Once a week: Remove 1 C. sourdough (use or discard), and feed starter.
