Artichoke Spinach Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 cup part skimmed ricotta cheese
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 egg
1 slice bread, made into crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions
1 package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drain, rinse -- cut into fourths
pepper to taste
Recipe
Stir together all but spinach and artichokes until well blended. Stir in spinach and artichokes, season with pepper. Spread mixture into an oiled 10" deep dish pie plate and bake in a 350ºF oven for about 40-45 minutes or until top is golden. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 8.
