    Cheesy Bacon & Egg Bake

    List of Ingredients

    9 slices dry white bread -- cubed (6 cups)
    6 slices Hormel¨ Fully Cooked Bacon -- crumbled
    2 cups Kraft¨ Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8 eggs
    4 cups milk
    1 teaspoon McCormick¨ Ground Mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick¨ Ground Black Pepper
    The Fresh 1 Tomatoes -- chopped
    green onions -- sliced

    Recipe

    Lightly coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the bread cubes, half the crumbled bacon and half of the cheese in baking dish; repeat layers. Beat eggs; add milk and mustard. Pour over bread mixture in baking dish. Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350¡F. Uncover baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and green onions.
