Apple Granola

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Quick cooking oats
1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon oil
6 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Apple ; cored, finely choppedRecipe
Combine oats, sugar, walnuts, and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then mix the oil in well. In a separate bowl combine the water and vanilla. Pour liquids into dry ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten evenly.
Mix in the apples. Spread granola out evenly onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 250°F until dry, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow granola to cool in pan. Store in airtight container in a cool place.
