List of Ingredients
2 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Yogurt ; plain, nonfat
2 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Wheat germ
2 tablespoon Slivered almonds
1 Bananas
1 Granny Smith apples
1 Pear Recipe
Soak rolled oats overnight in water in the refrigerator. Core apple, pear and chop. Chop banana. Add yoghurt, honey, wheatgerm, nuts, banana, apple and pears. Top with more grated apple and serve.
