1/3 cup oatmeal
1 cup lowfat milk
1 egg
1 banana ; mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla

Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up flavor. Stir again and place in a small dish. Prehat oven 325°F. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
