List of Ingredients
2 ½ cups regular rolled oats
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup honey
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup seedless dark raisins
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, flour, dry milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
In a small bowl mix oil, honey and salt; then pour over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Spread in a rimmed baking pan sprayed very well with Pam and bake at 300 degrees (we use convection) and bake for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in raisins then cool. Continue to toss until cool to avoid clumping. Store in airtight container. Makes 5 cups.
Remember the altitude might make a cooking difference but the convection seems to make things equal. You just need to watch it until you discover the best time for your altitude and oven.
