    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup bulgar
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 cups flavored nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
    fresh fruit

    Recipe

    Combine the bulgar and hot water, let it sit. Combine the oats, yogurt, and dried fruit. When the bulgar has absorbed all the water, mix it in too. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (this part is important, you don't want to eat this right away, it needs to sit). Top with cut up fresh fruit. Serves 4. Lasts for several days in the refrigerator.
