List of Ingredients
1/4 cup bulgar
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 cups flavored, non-fat, yogurt
1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
Fresh fruit
Recipe
Combine the bulgar and hot water and let sit. Combine the oats, yogurt and dried fruit. When bulgar has absorbed all of the water, mix it in too. cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator -- you do not want to eat this right away as it does need to sit. Top with cut up fresh fruit. Serves 4. Will last for several days in the refrigerator.
