3 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup oil
1 cup honey
1 dash salt
lots of cinnamon
dried fruits and nuts of your choice
Recipe
Mix all ingredients. Spread 1/2 inch deep on cookie sheet. Bake at 250ºF until golden brown (you may have to do two batches), stirring occasionally as sides will brown more quickly.
