Honey Orange Oatmeal

1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 small banana, peel and chop
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 cup raw quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Recipe
In a medium saucepan, combine the juice, banana, honey and orange peel and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the oats and cook over medium for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand until thickened, about 3 minutes. Spoon into bowls, pour the milk around the cereal, and dust with grated nutmeg. Serves 2.
