List of Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup soy milk
2 teaspoons honey
1 apple, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup crushed pineapple with juice (optional)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Jam could be used in place of honey, and any fruit you like. Can microwave for 30 seconds to take chill off.
