1 packet plain instant oatmeal
2/3 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut
2 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Recipe
Stir together oatmeal, milk and coconut. Microwave on High power for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in pineapple and brown sugar.
