Quinoa Breakfast

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
currants, dates or raisins to taste
Recipe
Rinse the grains. Boil then simmer the quinoa in water and molasses for ten minutes Add the oats and fruit and simmer for another 15. Makes one large serving variations: try adding some vanilla, cinnamon, nut. yeast, etc. All measurements are approximate.
