1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup chopped dried fruits
2/3 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups nonfat lemon yogurt
1 small orange, peeled, chopped
1 banana, slice
Recipe
In large saucepan, combine oatmeal and soy milk, cook according to oatmeal package directions. Add raisins or chopped dried fruit, applesauce, yogurt and chopped orange. Stir gently to thoroughly heat fruits. Add banana. Serve warm.
