6 cups Reg. oats, uncooked
1 1/2 cups Coconut
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Chopped pecans
1 cup Wheat germ
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Vanilla flavor
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt Recipe
Combine oats, pecans, coconut and wheat germ. Combine honey and water in small saucepan; heat, stirring frequently until mixture thins and is thoroughly heated. Stir in oil and vanilla; pour over oat mixture and mix well. Stir in spices and salt. Pour into 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2 -inch baking pans. Bake at 250°F. for 1 hr., stirring abt. every 15 min. Store in airtight container.
