List of Ingredients
4 cups Oatmeal
1 1/2 cups Wheat germ
1 cup Coconut; grated
1/4 cup Nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Honey
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1/2 cup Raw nuts; seeds, or raisins, Recipe
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine oil, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan and warm. Add these to the dry ingredients and stir until all particles are coated (hand mixing works well).
Spread the mixture in a greased cookie sheet (the kind with the sides - a jelly roll pan). Bake at either 250 for 1 hour or 350 for 1/2 hour. Turn with a spatula from time to time. After toasting, add dried fruits. Cool and store in an airtight container.
