Hot Couscous Breakfast

List of Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon orange rind grated
1 ounce couscous uncooked
1/2 ounce toasted sliced almonds
1 tablespoon half and half Recipe
In saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and the orange peel and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer couscous to serving bowl; top with almonds and half-and-half.
