    List of Ingredients




    4 cups Rolled oats
    2 cups Coconut Unsweetened Shaved
    2 cups Almonds sliced
    1/2 cup Vegetable oil to 3/4
    1/2 cup Honey organic
    1 cup Apricots diced
    1 cup Dates diced optional
    1 cup Cherries dried
    1 cup Cranberries dried
    1 cup Cashews roasted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the oats, coconut and almonds together in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl.

    Pour the liquids over the oat mixture and stir until these ingredients are coated.

    Pour onto a 13 x 18 baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally with a spanula until the mixture turns a nice even golden brown, about 30 - 45 minutes

    Remove granola from the oven and allow cooling for a few minutes then return to the large bowl.
    Add the fruits & cashews or walnuts. Mix together.


    Store in a cool area using an air tight container.
