    1 cup uncooked oats quick or old-fashioned
    2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
    8 ounces crushed pineapple undrained
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Stir 1 cup uncooked oats (quick or old-fashioned), 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt, one 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained), 3 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract until blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days. Serve with sliced fruit and toasted nuts. MAKES 3 CUPS,
