    Peach Muesli with Berries

    List of Ingredients




    2 cup Quaker Oats ; quick or old fashioned, uncooked
    2 cup fresh peaches coarse chopped
    1 1/2 cup Apple juice
    8 ounce vanilla or peach nonfat yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)

    Recipe




    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except berries; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve muesli cold topped with berries. Store covered in refrigerator up to four days. Makes 4 servings.

    Tip: To peel fresh peaches easily, place peaches in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain; rinse under cold water to cool. Remove peel with a knife.
