List of Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoon vanilla
1/8 cup Water

5 cup Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup Raw sunflower seeds
1 cup Raw sesame seeds
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1 cup Sliced almonds
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup Raisins or other dried fruitRecipe
Heat liquids together slightly. Pour over dry oatmeal mixture (except fruit) and mix well. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes at a time for 5 times (50 minutes). Stir thoroughly between each 10 minute baking time. Remove from oven and add raisins or other dried fruit. Store in airtight container.
