Stephanie's Crunchy Granola

4 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup Flaked coconut
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Wheat germ
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon Maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon Salt Recipe
In a large bowl combine the oats, walnuts, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and coconut. In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir margarine, brown sugar, honey, oil, flavorings, and salt together until well mixed. Pour over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly. Pour onto a well-greased baking pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool before storing in an airtight container. This makes about 7 cups of cereal.
