Walnut Honey Granola

4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup oat bran optional
1 cup toasted wheat germ
3 ounces raisins Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast oats in large flat pan for 10 minutes. Combine oil and honey.
Microwave or cook until hot. Add vanilla extract.
Combine walnuts, sunflower seeds, oat bran, sesame seeds and toasted oats. Pour liquid ingredients over them and stir. Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until very lightly browned. Add wheat germ and raisins. Cool in pan. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
