6 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Wheat germ
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Cooking oil
3 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins or apricots
1 1/2 cup Shredded coconut optional
3/4 cup Coarse chopped nuts almonds, pecans or walnuts optionalRecipe
Combine dry ingredients. Add oil and honey mixing well.Spread in 2 9x12 baking pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven & stir in dried fruit.Stir during cooling to prevent lumping. Store in covered jars or plastic bags. Makes 12 Cups.
