Beat eggs in shallow dish using fork. Beat in salt, sugar, milk, and flavoring. Preheat griddle; brush with butter. Quickly dip bread into egg mixture, one at a time, coating both sides (let set in egg mixture for 1 minutes on each side). Brown on griddle, turning once.
