Apple Cheese Oven Pancake

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon margarine
2 cups thinly sliced unpared tart
cooking apples (about 2 medium)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or
2 teaspoons dried chives
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup shredded lowfat Cheddar cheese

Recipe
Heat oven to 450ºF. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Beat flour, milk, salt, eggs and egg whites until smooth; pour into dish. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Meanwhile, heat butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute apples and chives in butter. Stir in sugar. Spoon apple mixture onto pancake. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 1 minutes or until cheese is melted. 4 Servings.
