Cinnamon Oatbran Pancakes

3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Oat Bran
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Oil
2 Eggs -- (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
Recipe
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (I like to use the big 8 cup Tupperware measuring "cup"). Add the wet ingredients and stir well. As the batter sits it will get thicker, so add additional buttermilk or regular milk to get a consistency you prefer. If you've made pancakes before then you know how to do the rest: Pour about 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle; turn when the top is bubbly and serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup.
