    Finnish Pancakes

    List of Ingredients

    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups milk
    3/4 cup flour

    Recipe

    Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into buttered pan and bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes. Top with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
