Freezer Pancake Batter

List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
Recipe
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add shortening, cutting in with pastry blender. Add eggs and milk, stirring until smooth. Pour into container for the freezer and cover tightly. Recipe will keep for about a year. Use one quart milk carton for keeping mixture. Note: thaw mixture the night before using.
