    List of Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup corn meal
    1 cup oat bran
    1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 1/4 cups soy milk (more if needed)

    Recipe

    Combine dry ingredients, add wet, mix well, let stand 5 minutes - add more liquid as required, cook normally.
