Lemon Pancakes w/ Blueberries

List of Ingredients
2 packages sugar free lemon jello
1 package vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Recipe
In med saucepan, mix 1 pkg jello, dry pudding and 1 1/2 c. water. Add blueberries. Cook over med heat, stirring often til mix thickens and comes to boil. Remove from heat. In med bowl, combine baking mix, remaining 12 pkg dry jello and dry milk powder. In small bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add yogurt and remaining 1/2 c. water. Mix well to combine Add egg mix to baking mix. Stir gently to just combine. For each pancake, pour full 1/4 c.batter onto skillet. Serve pancakes with blueberry sauce.
