1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon vegetable seasoning
1 cup boiling water
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
Recipe
In medium bowl, combine cornmeal, honey and seasoning. Add the boiling water and stir till smooth. In small bowl, blend together egg and milk. Stir into the cornmeal until well blended. Drop by tablespoonful onto hot buttered skillet or griddle, and cook until well browned on bottom and bubbles appear on top - about 2-3 minutes. With spatula, turn and cook til underside is browned, about 2 minutes. Makes 18 pancakes.
