Crustless Quiche (Overnight)

1 cup mushroom -- chopped
1/2 cup celery -- finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 cup ham -- finely chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese -- finely grated
1 cup Swiss cheese -- finely gratedRecipe
Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in butter; set aside. Beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt, and paprika, Tabasco, seasoned salt and ham. Beat well. Stir in cheeses. Cover and chill overnight in baking dish. Bake in 350�F oven for 50-55 minutes. To test for doneness, insert sharp knife in center of mix. If it comes out clean, quiche is ready to take out.
