    List of Ingredients




    1 pt Cream
    4 Eggs beaten
    1/4 lb Swiss cheese or mozzarella shredded
    1 can Artichoke hearts drained and chopped
    1 Onion minced
    1/4 lb Mushrooms chopped
    1 Salt pepper, and nutmeg

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Ham or spinach can be added. Makes 2 regular quiches.
