    Ham & Pepper Jack Quiche

    List of Ingredients

    24 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
    4 tablespoons melted butter
    1/2 pound cubed ham
    12 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
    4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
    1 cup half and half
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

    Recipe

    Partially thaw potatoes and drain any liquid. Press potatoes into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Bake at 425ºF for 25 minutes. Combine ham and cheeses and then spread over baked potatoes. Combine half and half with eggs and salt. Pour over ham cheese mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 8-12
