2 cups ham -- cubed
1 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 9" deep dish, frozen pie shellRecipe
Combine ham, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, mustard and lemon juice in a 1-gallon plastic bag, and store in freezer. To prepare for serving, thaw ham mixture, add mayonnaise, and put into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375ºF oven for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Serve Hot. Serves 6.
